PURPOSE: A seat back is provided, which can enhance price competitive power by reducing manufacturing cost and time by more concise configuration of components. CONSTITUTION: A seat back comprises: a frame(2) consisting of a vertical part and a horizontal part interlinking the upper end of the vertical part; a metal bar which is welded crossing the bottom of the frame; a vertical bar(3) in which the upper end is welded to the frame and the bottom is welded to the metal bar; a combining member combined with the lower part of the metal bar; a seat(4) which covers the outside of the frame, metal bar, and vertical bar and is installed in order to surround the combining member; and a finishing member(6) combined with the outside of the combining member.
