PURPOSE: A non-curing polyethylene composition is provided to secure the environment-friendly property by recycling the composition, and to use the composition for a semiconducting layer and a sheath layer. CONSTITUTION: A non-curing polyethylene composition contains 100 parts of polymer by weight, and 0.1~10 parts of more than one additive selected form the group consisting of a flame retardant, an oxidation stabilizer, a UV stabilizer, a thermal resistance improver, and a processing aid. The polymer contains alpha-olefin with more than four carbon atoms, as a co-monomer.
