PURPOSE: A heterogeneous material transfer device having a built-in operating unit is provided to stably mix liquid with powers by shaking a container. CONSTITUTION: A heterogeneous material transfer device having a built-in operating unit comprises: a receiving unit(20) inside a body thereof, wherein the receiving unit has a storage space(21); an opening/closing hole at a lower portion of the receiving unit, wherein the opening/closing hole is opened while the some portion of an operating unit(40) is opened so that the contents in the storage space may fall down into the container; the operating unit which is not separated from the body; and an sealing unit(30) for the opening/closing hole.
