PURPOSE: A light emitting diode lamp is provided to regulate the radiating direction of light according to the desire of a user by including a rotary unit which is capable of rotating in a pre-set angle range. CONSTITUTION: A hollow body(20) is fixed to a base body(10) using epoxy. A metal object(30) including concave-convexo shaped heat-radiating wings is located to the body. One or more light emitting diode(41) is formed on a metal light emitting diode board(40). A controlling substrate(50) controls the color and the brightness of the light emitting diode. A rotary unit(60) is combined with the metal object.
