PURPOSE: A hologram pattern formation method when an object source interferes with a reference source and a hologram pattern formation apparatus using the same are provided to simplify a structure of a system by recording and generating a hologram pattern. CONSTITUTION: A controller(120) changes data inputted through an interface(110) into two dimensional image. A Fourier transform is applied to a two dimensional image. The controller calculates a reference source and a hologram pattern by using phase information of the transformed image. The controller quantizes the original image and generates the final image about the hologram pattern.
