PURPOSE: A device for maintaining the horizontal state of placing concrete is provided to maintain horizontality of a leveling roller by directly installing a leveling device in the leveling roller. CONSTITUTION: A device for maintaining the horizontal state of placing concrete is composed as follows. Guiderails(220) are installed in the bottom of an upper plate(200) with wheels(100). Guiderail grooves are formed in the guiderails. A moving plate(350) is vertically moved. A horizontal adjuster(330) is formed in one side of the moving plate and is coupled to a side support(310) using a hinge. Upper and lower supports for controlling horizontality of a leveling roller(300) are coupled to the side support and the moving plate using hinges.
