PURPOSE: An exterior member, and a battery pack for a vehicle including thereof are provided to control the power leakage phenomenon generated by the dew condensation at the high humidity condition, using an input-output terminal of the exterior member. CONSTITUTION: An exterior member including input and output terminals(31,32) is formed with a polymer material capable of showing the water content of less than 7wt%, and the electric conductivity less than 30S/cm after placing 30 days in the condition with the relative humidity over 80%. The polymer material contains polybutylene terephthalate.
