PURPOSE: A load adjustment device for exercise apparatus is provided, which increases exercise effect and use convenience by controlling numbers of a spring. CONSTITUTION: A load adjustment device for exercise apparatus comprises: a plurality of compression rods(2) in which a compressed spring(1) is inserted and the upper end is fixed; a plurality of variable compression rods(3) in which a compressed spring is inserted; a main body fixing frame which fixed in the main body of the exercise apparatus and in which the bottom part of the compression rod is fixed; and a lift frame(4) which is selectively compacted and controls a moving part.
