WARM ROOM WATER AND WARM WATER FEEDER THAT USE REFRIGERANT AND HEATING MEDIUM HEAT EXCHANGE

PURPOSE: A heating water and hot water feeder using the heat exchange of a heating medium and coolant is provided to increase thermal efficiency by heat-exchange of thermal medium in a heat exchanging portion and a heating portion. CONSTITUTION: Coolant compressed by a compression unit(110) is stored in a reservoir tank(140) as liquid coolant through heat dissipation exchange. The liquid coolant stored in the receiver tank is reduced up to the evaporating pressure through a first expansion valve(150). The liquid coolant becomes steam coolant through the endoergic exchange when passing through an evaporator(160). The steam coolant is compressed by the compression unit. One side of an over-cooling prevention unit(170) is connected between the compression unit and the heat exchanger. The other side of the over-cooling prevention unit is connected between the first expansion valve and the evaporator.
