PURPOSE: A ramp structure for loading and unloading goods is provided to reduce manufacturing time by conveniently assembling and disassembling the ramp structure without welding. CONSTITUTION: A ramp structure for loading and unloading goods comprises an inclined bottom part(22), ramp rails(20), a pair of side plates(30), and steel pipes(40). The inclined bottom part is inclinedly extended from a horizontal bottom part(21). The ramp rails are horizontally extended from the end of the horizontal bottom part and forms a lower horizontal bottom part(23). Multiple reinforcing hollows(30a) are formed inside the side plates. The side plates are vertically inserted into both ends of the ramp rails. The steel pipes are located in the bottom of the ramp rail at uniform intervals.
