PURPOSE: A method is provided to prevent environmental contamination due to the emission of a harmful material by excluding a metal plate. CONSTITUTION: An electroforming mold part includes a key button processing part(S1). UV paint is spread on the upper surface of the electroforming mold part(S2). A transparent film is arranged on the upper surface of the electroforming mold part(S3). The upper surface of the transparent film is compressed with a compressing roller(S4). The UV paint is solidified by the irradiation of ultraviolet rays(S5). A key button formation film with a key button part is formed(S6). A metal deposition film is formed on the key button formation film(S7). A printing layer with an optical transmission blocking function is formed(S8). The key button part is exposed by partly eliminating the metal deposition film(S9). A keypad is formed by processing the exterior of a product(S10).
