PURPOSE: A light emitting diode display lamp equipped with a self-generating function is provided to secure a self-cleaning function by applying photo-catalyst and attaching a reflection adhesive tape to the pillar of the lamp. CONSTITUTION: A chargeable battery(200) is built in a pillar(100). A battery fixing plate is arranged on the inner center side of the pillar. A wind power generating part(400) is fixed to the upper side of the pillar. A light emitting diode display part(300) is fixed to the upper side of the wind power generating part. A solar light generating part(500) is fixed to the upper side of the light emitting diode display part.
