PURPOSE: An apparatus and a system for managing power is provided to stably supply power to receivers regardless of the malfunction of distributing lines and the reducing of a power quality. CONSTITUTION: A generating station(110) generates power. The generated power is transmitted to the power consumption units(140, 160) of a receiver. Power managing units(130, 150) receive system power using distribution network. The power managing units store the power. A power managing server(170) controls the power managing units using communication network(180).
