摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a health drink using black beans and medicinal herbs is provided to manufacture the health drink through extracting, stirring, and fermenting processes. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a health drink comprises the following steps: mixing 4~8wt% of black beans, 4~8wt% of licorice, 1~4wt% of Angelica sinensis, 1~4wt% of Paeonia lactiflora, 1~4wt% of Cnidium officinale, 1~4wt% of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, 2~5wt% of Hovenia dulcis Thunb, and 80~90wt% of water(100); inserting the materials into an extractor and extracting for 5~10 hours at 90~110 deg C(200); inserting the extract into a stirrer and stirring for 10~15 hours to reduce the moisture content to 60~70wt%; filtering the condensed materials and low temperature fermenting for 20~25 hours at 2~5d deg C(300); and vacuum-packing the condensed materials(400).
