PURPOSE: A maintenance vehicle for low noise and permeable asphalt pavement is provided to achieve smooth infiltration and drain of rainwater by more efficiently cleaning pores and ground surface. CONSTITUTION: A maintenance vehicle for low noise and permeable asphalt pavement comprises a porous superficial layer cleaner, an iron material picker(200), and an iron material attaching unit(250). The porous superficial layer cleaner is installed on the rear side of the vehicle and able to move up and down. The porous superficial layer cleaner comprises a rectangular cleaner body, first and second suction ducts, first and second high pressure water spray parts, and a sewage suction line. The iron material picker picks up and removes iron materials scattered on the ground surface or jammed in pores with a magnetic force. The iron material attaching unit includes a hinge bracket(251) in which an iron material attaching plate(252) tightly surrounding a magnetic bar(230) is installed to be selectively turned up or down.
