PURPOSE: A catheter system is provided, which has a simple structure and can be applied to the lesion region in which stricture or bending is severe. CONSTITUTION: A catheter system comprises: a hollow catheter(110) which is inserted within the fistula of the human body; a guide wire(120) which is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the catheter lumen and has a central wire and an electrode wire; an ultrasonic oscillator(130) which is arranged in the lateral edge of the guide wire and in which each electrode is connected to the central wire and electrode wire; and an ultrasonic generator(140) supplying the power to the ultrasonic oscillator.
