PURPOSE: A system and a method for measuring a VoIP terminal quality are provided to measure the quality of a plurality of terminal as managing a terminal and register a plurality of terminal. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of VoIP terminal(300) is connected to the VoIP net(200). A plurality of terminal measuring device(100) measures the voice quality of the plurality of VoIP terminal. A VoIP terminal registration unit stores one or both a telephone number of the VoIP terminal and a MAC address. A call processor forms the calling path with the VoIP terminal.
