FRUIT DRYING, MATURING AND EXCLUSION ASTRINGENT APPARATUS

PURPOSE: An apparatus for drying and maturing fruits and removing astringency of fruits is provided to maintain optimal maturing condition by controlling temperature and moisture inside a persimmon container. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for drying and maturing fruits and removing astringency of fruits comprises: a container(2) having a door(3) at the front side and a receiving space storing persimmon inside; dehumidifier(5) for controlling moisture by temperature difference by cooling inside temperature; a heating device(22) for heating inside; a carbon dioxide generator(100) for removing astringency of fruits by inserting carbon dioxide inside the container; and a vacuum device(C) for making the inside of the container in a vacuum condition. The carbon dioxide generator comprises a Bombe(B) in which carbon dioxide is filled, a densitometer(110) in which a valve body is attached; a timer(120); a solenoid valve(130) which is opened or closed by the timer; and a gas pipe(140) which connects the valve body and container.
