PURPOSE: A nail grinding tool and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which make abrasive securely adhered on the ink without adhesive coating and drying process. CONSTITUTION: A nail grinding tool manufacturing method comprises: a process of preparing a main body; hybrid preparation process(S100a,100b) for mixing urethane elastomer based ink and abrasive; a polishing part formation process(S200) for constituting the polishing part by spraying hybrid on the main body; and a drying process(S300) of drying the ink of the polishing part. The polishing part formation process uses a silk screen method to form a specific pattern. |
