PURPOSE: A method for encoding control information in a communication system, a method and an apparatus for transmitting and receiving the control information are provided to minimize the waste of communication resources by dividing signaling information into an optimal number of bits. CONSTITUTION: The signaling information of a current frame is determined(501). According to the total number of bits of the signaling information, the number of encoding blocks, to which the signaling information is transmitted, is determined(502). According to the determined number of encoding blocks, the number of information bits corresponding to the encoding blocks is calculated(503). The signaling information is divided into the same size(504). The number of parity bit to be perforated is determined(505).
