<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-solder connector having reduced noises. <P>SOLUTION: A first connection portion 1a of a first contact 1, a second connection portion 2a of a second contact 2 and a ground connection portion 3a of a ground contact 3 are arranged in three rows without crossing one another. Thus, clearances between the adjacent connection portions in rows are wider to allow easy soldering. An extension portion 3f extending in the same direction as the extending direction of the ground connection portion 3a of the ground contact 3 is arrayed between the row of the first connection portion 1a and the row of the second connection portion 2a.
