<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cake reclaiming apparatus for reclaiming a rice cake suitable for processing to cubic rice crackers, cut rice cakes, rice cake sweets, etc., from rice cake chips without deteriorating rice cake quality, by kneading the chips generated from a rice cake without steaming again. <P>SOLUTION: The rice cake reclaiming apparatus is provided with a heatable cylindrical casing 6 having a charging port 8 for rice cake chips and a discharging port 10 for kneaded rice cake, and a heatable screw conveyor 7 rotatably held in the cylindrical casing 6. The diameter 27 of a middle part of a screw shaft 24 is decreased to form a wide kneading space 28, while the casing 6 is extractable in the longitudinal direction of the screw conveyor 7, and a screw blade 25 of the screw conveyor 7 below the charging port 8 of the casing 6 is divided into multiple sections. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
