<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat resisting resin sheet for storing a food in small amount for single serving, which can be frozen or cooled as a bag, heated directly in a microwave oven, and taken out with bare hands since a sealed upper opening is not heated, and in which the food can be taken out by tearing the side or bottom of the bag. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet is composed of a round recessed-shaped heat resisting resin sheet.
