<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning nozzle which has a compact constitution and exhibits excellent cleaning capability, by raising cleaning pressure and controlling increase of rotation speed. <P>SOLUTION: A nozzle 1 for cleaning the inside of a pipe comprises a shaft section 2 having a connection section 21 connected with a high pressure pipe and a pivotally supporting section 22 having a circulation path 23 allowing a pressure fluid introduced from the high pressure pipe to circulate, an annular rotary nozzle section 3 outwardly and rotatively fitted on the circulation path 23 with a clearanceδ2 between the supporting section 22 and the shaft section and provided with a cleaning nozzle 32 connected to communicate with the circulation path 23 and jetting the pressure fluid and a nozzle head 4 fixed on the tip end of the shaft section 2. The nozzle also includes: a circulation chamber 5 communicating with the circulation path between the outer circumference 22b of the supporting section 22 having the clearanceδ2 and the inner circumference 3b of the rotary nozzle section 3; a jetting flow path 31 provided in the rotary nozzle section 3 and allowing the circulation chamber 5 to communicate with the cleaning nozzle 32; and a rotary drive nozzle 33 communicating with the circulation chamber 5 via the clearanceδ2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
