摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load adjusting mechanism capable of easily adjusting the load of a seat belt. <P>SOLUTION: The load adjusting mechanism 1 includes: a retractor 3 winding up and delivering the seat belt 2; a shoulder anchor 5 disposed so as to position above the shoulder S of an occupant M in a vehicle 10, and through which the seat belt 2 extending from the retractor 3 is inserted for supporting; and an abutting member 6 provided between the retractor 3 and the shoulder anchor 5 so as to abut on the belt surface 2a of the seat belt 2. The abutting member 6 is pressed on the belt surface 2a so as to change a belt angle of the seat belt 2. Therefore, the load adjusting mechanism 1 can change the belt angle only by making the abutting member 6 abut and press against the belt surface 2a of the seat belt 2, and the friction force between the seat belt 2 and the shoulder anchor 5 can be changed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
