<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve efficient operations on the identification of various metabolites contained in a test sample, and to attain efficient verification of results by grasping the state of identification of metabolites and others at a glance. <P>SOLUTION: Data on a plurality of metabolism maps is stored in a metabolism map storage part 20. Analysis conditions, analysis results of standard samples, etc. are stored in a metabolite information storage part 21 for each detectable metabolite. Identified metabolites, their analysis conditions, analysis results of standard samples, etc. are stored in a storage part 22 of analysis results of test samples for each sample, a display processing part 27 displays metabolism maps which specify the detectability of each metabolite shown on the metabolism maps on a screen of a display part 5. When the analyst selects a desired metabolite, a method creation processing part 26 creates a method file containing analysis conditions for each metabolite. An analysis control part 25 controls GC/MS operations according to the method files.
