<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reform a belt by driving a conveying belt, while preventing a contact with a roller for a long time in a specified part of the conveying belt and saving power more. <P>SOLUTION: This belt conveyor device includes: a belt-like member for conveying conveyed materials; a plurality of support members supporting the belt-like member by stretching the same; a driving means for driving the belt-like member; and a drive control means for controlling the driving means. The drive control means, after the conveying operation for conveying the conveyed materials is completed, determines a printing stand-by mode or an energy saving mode in response to a preset condition, and in the case wherein the energy saving mode is determined, the drive control means controls to reduce the operation frequency of the driving means in comparison with the printing stand-by mode to solve the described problem. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
