PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid working machine capable of driving an electric load by directly supplying energy of a return working fluid from a hydraulic load to the electric load. SOLUTION: A slewing mechanism 22 is driven by a regenerative hydraulic motor 42 which is driven by being supplied with the return working fluid from the hydraulic load 7, a motor generator 44 which is mechanically connected to the regenerative hydraulic motor 42 and driven by the output of the regenerative hydraulic motor 42, and a speed change gear 52.
