<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer conveying apparatus that controls retention of a developer compared with the case wherein a collapsing member comprising only an elastic member is provided, and to provide an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A belt cleaning unit 40 using the developer conveying apparatus includes: a conveying member 43 which includes a rotational axis 430 rotatably provided in a container 42 and a blade 431 formed around the rotational axis 430, and is rotated to convey the developer along the rotational axis 430; and an eliminating member 44 which includes a static electricity eliminating member 440 disposed in contact with the blade 431 of the conveying member 43 to eliminate static electricity of the developer by contact with the developer deposited on the blade 431, and an elastic film 441 giving elasticity to the static electricity eliminating member 440. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
