摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that friction powder occurs due to slide friction between the movable members of an optical path opening/closing device or between the covering members and fixed members, with the result that the ability of an optical apparatus mounted with the optical path opening/closing device is degraded. <P>SOLUTION: The optical path opening/closing device including the movable members for opening/closing an optical path and the fixed members against which the movable members slide has a base layer 26 formed from nickel or nickel alloy so that at least the movable members or the fixed members cover the surface of the base material 25 thereof; and a surface layer 27 covering the base layer 26 and formed from a composite metal containing nickel and phosphorus, obtained by forming an eutectoid of a fluorine compound, such as PTFE. The thickness of the base layer 26 is equal to or greater than that of the surface layer 27. The total of their thicknesses is in the range of 2 to 20μm. The surface layer 27 is≤0.22 in a coefficient of dynamic friction,≥50 g in wear resistance load, and in the range of 1.2 to 1.7 in reflection density. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
