PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine for efficiently managing replenishment by displaying the number of sold commodities and a time period elapsed after the commodities are sold out for each column. SOLUTION: In the vending machine 80, when a first detection unit 40 detects a first open operation, the number of sold commodities in the column is automatically displayed on a commodity information display unit 34. In addition, when a second detection unit 42 detects a second open operation, a time period elapsed after the commodities are sold out is automatically displayed on the commodity information display unit 34. Furthermore, when the first and second detection units 40, 42 detect first and second close operations, the number of sold commodities is cleared and a counter 44 is reset automatically.
