<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel-like food that is a gel at ordinary temperature or in the time of refrigeration, but fuses by heating and becomes a beverage. <P>SOLUTION: The gel-like food, that is a gel at ordinary temperature or in the time of refrigeration, but fuses by heating and becomes a beverage, is gelled by using as gelling agents gelatine independently or by using at least one sort selected from the group consisting of a native-type gellan gum, xanthan gum, locust bean gum, and carrageenan together with gelatine as indispensable component. Furthermore, degree of sweetness of the gel-like food is set to 0-10, and also other foods are combined on the gel-like food to make up a multi-structure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
