<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform reduction in the number of wires and enhancement of reliability with respect to breaking of the wires together, when three torque sensors are provided and a triple steering torque detection system is configured. <P>SOLUTION: A torque signal modulating part 140 generates a signal (T1×sin(ωt)), which is a superimposed signal of a sinusoidal signal on a first torque signal T1, a signal (T2×cos(ωt)) which is a superimposed signal of a cosine signal on a second torque signal T2, a signal (T3×sin(ωt)) which is a superimposed signal of a sinusoidal signal on a third torque signal T3, and a signal (T3×cos(ωt)) which is a superimposed signal of a cosine signal on the third torque signal T3. An output signal generating part 150 combines those signals and outputs a signal S1 representing (T1×sin(ωt)+T2×cos(ωt)+T3×sin(ωt)), and a signal S2 representing (T1×cos(ωt)+T2×cos(ωt)+T3×cos(ωt)). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
