<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photodetection device, capable of precisely detecting a weak fluorescence signal, by removing noise components of an exciting light. <P>SOLUTION: The photodetection device 1 applies excitation light L emitted from an optical waveguide 10, with respect to a fluorescence sample W flowing through a channel 2 to detect a fluorescence signal S emitted from the fluorescence sample W. A hole 21, to which the optical waveguide 10 can be inserted, is provided in a fluorescence signal condensing lens 20 for condensing the fluorescence signal S, and an exciting light condensing lens 22 is disposed in the fluorescence signal condensing lens 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
