<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a viewing angle control optical sheet having a wide viewing angle area and a narrow viewing angle area, and to provide a display using the viewing angle control optical sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The viewing angle control optical sheet controls a viewing angle to a display screen, the viewing angle control optical sheet includes a first area for supplying a narrow viewing angle to the display screen and a second area for supplying the viewing angle wider than the first area to the display screen, and a light transmission part comprising a light transmissive material and a light absorption part comprising a light absorption material are alternately arrayed in the first area.
