<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel that can prevent the decline in light transmittance accompanying the decline in a pixel aperture ratio, and compensate for the deterioration of a viewing angle in an MVA mode liquid crystal display device. <P>SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal panel having an MVA-LC sandwiched by two linear polarizing plates (H-1) and (H-2), a quarter wave plate (R-1), a retardation film A plate (A-1), and a retardation film C plate (C-1) are disposed between a liquid crystal cell and the linear polarizing plate (H-1), and a retardation film C plate (C-3), a quarter wave plate (R-2), a retardation film A plate (A-2), and a retardation film C plate (C-2) are disposed between the liquid crystal cell and the linear polarizing plate (H-2). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
