PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit power by having a large mutual inductance between coils even when a relative position between a primary coil and a secondary coil is changed. SOLUTION: The secondary coil 21 is constituted of a plurality of split coil 21a, 21b, 21c, and coil polarity inversion circuits 24a, 24b, 24c are provided which can individually switch polarities of the respective split coils 21a, 21b, 21c. A controller 25 controls operations of the coil polarity inversion circuits 24a, 24b, 24c in accordance with the polarities of the interlinkage magnetic flux which interlink with the respective split coils 21a, 21b, 21c constituting the secondary coil 21 during energization to the primary coil 14, so that reduction in the total amount of the interlinkage magnetic flux is suppressed by restraining the magnetic flux having different polarities from being cancelled by interlinkage with the secondary coil 21, even when the relative position between the primary coil 14 and the secondary coil 21 is changed.
