PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately evaluate a cosmetic condition associated with dermal risk while reducing a load on an evaluation subject without directly measuring the skin condition. SOLUTION: The cosmetic condition is evaluated by using quantitative values of biochemical elements obtained by determining a plurality of the biochemical elements extracted from the body fluid and associated with beautification, calculating the quantitative values of dermal physiological factors obtained by quantifying the one or more dermal physiological factors depending on the physiological functions reflected by the biochemical factors, and evaluating the cosmetic condition by comparing the determined values of the dermal physical factors with previously set standard values of the dermal physiological factors.
