<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sealing sheet excellent in balance between a dimension stability in heating and a gap filling ability. <P>SOLUTION: In the resin sealing sheet, the gel fraction of a resin selected from among an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, an ethylene-aliphatic unsaturation carboxylic acid copolymer, an ethylene-aliphatic carboxylic acid ester copolymer and a polyolefin-based resin is≥1 mass% and <60 mass%, and a heat compression rate at 60°C is≤5%. The resin sealing sheet does not substantially contain an organic peroxide, and is formed by executing crosslinking processing by irradiation of ionizing radiation, melting the resin, and molding the product into a sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
