TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE FILM, TOUCH PANEL, AND FLEXIBLE DISPLAY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film which has small change in the surface resistance value in extensible characteristics test and fatigue test and which is superior in flexibility, and furthermore superior in environmental stability and compatibility with silver paste.

SOLUTION: As the transparent conductive film, a transparent organic polymer conductive compound layer is formed on a substrate of a transparent organic polymer film, and an inorganic conductive compound layer is formed on it. The root-mean-square roughness Rms of a face on which the inorganic conductive compound layer is formed is 0.1 to 8 nm, and the ten-point average roughness Rz is in a range of 3 to 30 nm.
