PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric motor that improves wear resistance of a projecting portion in a piezoelectric actuator.

SOLUTION: The piezoelectric motor 1 includes: a piezoelectric actuator 10 including a piezoelectric element 30 having a piezoelectric layer 40 and a first electrode 50 and a second electrode 60 each provided on both surfaces across the piezoelectric layer, and a vibration member 20 fixed on the first electrode side of the piezoelectric element; and a rotating shaft 3 that rotates in contact with a protruding portion 21 of the vibration member to be vibrated by the piezoelectric element. In the piezoelectric motor, a groove 21A opened on the tip end surface of the protruding portion and extended in a base end portion side is formed on the protruding portion, and at least the surface of the groove is surface-treated.
