<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a scroll of content on a comparatively small screen. <P>SOLUTION: First and second scroll bars are provided, which are logically discriminated on one application window. The first and second scroll bars respectively provide a scroll function about the same direction of application window content. When the application window content includes first and second content which can respectively be at least partially recognized with eyes, the first scroll bar controls at least the first and second content, and the second scroll bar controls the first content without controlling the second content.
