<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate transfer-system image forming apparatus capable of preventing the generation of gloss in an image of a low-gloss toner caused by a transparent toner being transferred under the low-gloss toner on an intermediate transfer body, when an image is formed by using the low-gloss toner low in glossiness and the transparent toner. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: an image forming means that forms a plurality of images including the image of the low-gloss toner lower in glossiness than any other color toner and the image of the transparent toner; the intermediate transfer body to which the plurality of images formed by the image forming means are transferred; and a control means that controls a position for forming the image of the transparent toner, so as to prevent the image of the transparent toner from being transferred under the image of the low-gloss toner on the intermediate transfer body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
