PURPOSE: A signal modulating and demodulating method, a signal modulating and demodulating apparatus for the same, and a display apparatus including the apparatus are provided to improve the bandwidth of a serial data signal by combining shift clock signals for two periods in order to generate a transmission signal. CONSTITUTION: A display panel includes a display region and a peripheral region. A panel driving part(200) includes a gate driving unit and a data driving unit. A timing controlling part(300) provides a data controlling signal to a plurality of data driving chips through a signal wire. A signal modulating and demodulating part(500) includes a signal modulator(520) and a signal demodulator(540). The signal demodulator transmits a transmission signal to the signal modulator.
