PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biologically implantable prosthesis.

SOLUTION: The prosthesis 2 may have a circumferentially expandable wall and elements that prevent the wall from collapsing once the wall is expanded. The prosthesis can also have an engaging element configured to self-engage a second prosthesis 68. Methods of making and using the prosthesis are also provided.
