<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wheel motor drive unit capable of eliminating dynamic unbalance as well as static unbalance. <P>SOLUTION: A first eccentric member 25I and a third eccentric member 25n are eccentrically arranged in the same phase. A second eccentric member 25m arranged between these first eccentric member 25I and the third eccentric member 25n is eccentrically arranged in a phase different at 180 degrees from these members.
