The device (10) has a female Luer type connector (11) comprising an axial channel (15) whose end part (16) is connected to a tube and another end part forms a conical cavity (18). A male Luer type connector (12) comprises another axial channel (43) whose end part is connected to another tube. A set of locking units (26) is placed on the female connector. Another set of complementary locking units (36) is provided on the male connector and cooperates with the former set of locking units in a connected position so as to prevent disconnection of the connectors. An independent claim is also included for a system for administrating a product in a person.
