WRITING OPTICAL FIBERGRATINGS APPARATUS FOR LASER

摘要

PURPOSE: A high output laser optical fiber grating manufacturing apparatus is provided to improve the reliability of optical fiber grating by accurately and uniformly forming the grating on the optical fiber. CONSTITUTION: A laser light source(110) irradiates the laser light for forming the grating. A focusing lens(120) concentrates and irradiates the laser light. A mask(130) changes the phase of the laser light which passed through the focusing lens. An optical fiber holder(140) supports the optical fiber so that the laser light passed through mask can be irradiated.
