<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouse deleted in a hematopoietic prostaglandin D synthetase gene and method using the mouse. <P>SOLUTION: A knockout mouse in which both or one of the allele of H-PGDS gene is permuted by mutation sequence, is prepared by using a targeting vector from an undifferentiated cultured ES cell. A mouse deleted in a gene expressing congenital or reactant obstacles such as immune system function, central nervous system function, circulatory system function, reproductive function, is obtained by deletion of the synthetase. The invention provides methods for examination of the activity in individual of allergy modulator, methods for examination of the activity in individual of inflammation substance, methods for examination of the activity in individual of tissue trauma repair promoting agent by using the mouse. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
