<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radar image processing device, allowing display of the size or the shape of an object to be similar to an ideal image and providing it to an operator, without giving a feeling of incongruity. <P>SOLUTION: The radar image processing device for a double pulse type navigation meteorological radar device includes: a first adder 22 for converting a received radar image signal into a digital signal, detecting a signal exceeding a noise level of a short-pulse received signal, and adding a constant, based on the intensity difference between a long-pulse received signal and the short-pulse received signal; a second adder 26 for adding to an output signal from the first adder 22, a signal determined by multiplying an output signal precedent to the output signal by a constant; and a synthetic processor 16 for performing synthetic processing of a long-pulse processing signal acquired by performing compression processing of the long-pulse received signal and a short-pulse processing signal acquired from the second adder 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
